Holiday Notice: Due to Manufacturer's holiday schedules and closings for the upcoming week;
We will NOT be shipping any new orders received after Friday, December 20, 2024 until after January 2, 2025, when manufacturers resume services.

If you are looking for an emergency replacement part to restore heat or hot water, please search on-line for a local HVAC or plumbing contractor that may have the part in their stock to ship to you. Any order(s) received between Friday, December 20, 2024 through January 2, 2025 will not be processed until our fulfillment center resumes shipping operations.

Due to very high order volume - Some orders received over the next week could be impacted by stock shortages and UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery delays.

Heating Season Shipping Notice: In-stock parts are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and all shipping times are dependent on the third-party shipping courier (ie: USPS, UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc.), we have no control of the movement of your order, once it leaves the fulfillment center.
If you are acquiring parts for a heating emergency; we advise you to search suppliers and contractors in your local area first, as they can usually provide you a part(s) faster as many of them buy from us as stock on hand. Parts that state “low inventory”, “not is stock” and “special order” are not guaranteed and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon receiving your order. If we are unable to ship you a part in a reasonable amount of time, a full order refund will be offered/automatically issued.
